Jamon Serrano

Jamon serrano is a raw ham of a white pig from the Spanish mountains.

The original jamon serrano is marked with an 'S'. After a salt bath with herbs, the ham will cure approx. 9 months in a space of max. 30 degrees Celsius. This reduces the moisture content and the ham will be dried and have its concentrated taste.
