We directly import fresh Ibérico from Spain. The taste of the meat
is superb, because of the fat marbling and the fact the animals live
outside all-year round and eat acorns in the winter season.

Our butchers make several fresh and dried sausages from the Limburg monastery pig,
as well as cooked ham and other meat cuts like 'casselerrib', bacon etc. - all homemade.
