Our best selection of the most tasteful lamb meat:

- suckling lamb of the Castellan race from Castile, only fed by its mother; the quality is excellent and it has a special, very fine taste; we are importing this directly from the northwest of Spain.

- Dutch lamb of the 'Texel' breed, from the Northern Dutch Beemsterpolder. We only select the female animals (ewes).
