Product description

#ageyourowncote

Attention: minimum weight 1,5 kilo

Cote de boeuf (prime rib/rack) of tasteful Galician beef, directly imported by us from Spain.
Dry-aged for minimally 4 till 6-7 weeks and with a good fat marbling that results in an authentic, full taste.

First, we weigh your cote, after we clean the outsides of the cote nicely (the hard, dried parts) and season it with fresh black pepper and grey sea salt, so it is ready for cooking.

If you prefer we can cut the fat in cubes for you so you can fry them separately, for serving later on the cote.

Price per 100 gram.

Can be ordered as from approx. 1,5 kilo (we normally advise approx. 400-500 gram per person, the bone included).

For orders you can call 020 623 0235.
