Grape varieties: 100% Sangiovese

Maceration: very short at low temperature
Maturation: 4 months in stainless steel tanks
Refinement: several weeks
This fruit-driven rosé has a delicate and lingering perfume. It is dry, floral, full-flavoured and very delicious, with excellent body. Lovely as an aperitif as the weather starts to warm up and a perfect partner to a wide range of summer dishes and seafood.
Food pairing: aperitif, raw fish and oysters, light fish dishes.
It is a rosé wine which can be stored for a longer period too than the usual rosé wines.
