Organic French Bresse A.O.C. and free range Italian turkeys, homemade side-dishes & sauces

Online ordering only
Soon you can pre-order your turkey online via our webshop:
free range turkeys of several weights, in the bone or deboned (rolled out of the carcass),
and, if you wish, combined with one of our 3 stuffings:
- veal mince with black wintertruffle and gooseliver ('SdL' farce)
- veal mince with mushroom melange
- veal mince with fresh garden herbs.

HOW TO ORDER?
1) Choose a turkey: RAW or COOKED
2) Choose a turkey: Bresse or Italian or (French) farm turkey
   + the desired weight // with/without deboning incl. 1 of our 3 different stuffings
3) and pay online a deposit of E50 per turkey.

Deboning & stuffing
Our extra deboning service (additional costs deboning E 15,-) is always combined with choosing one of our 3 stuffings.

Extra cooking service
We can roast the turkey for you if you do not have the time or if your oven is not large enough (additional costs cooking E 20,-).
For this extra cooking service you can choose from different time slots (depending on the chef's oven availability):
Daily TIME SLOTS for a warm pick-up you can choose from in week 48:
- 9:00-11:00 am
- 12:00-14:00 am
- 15:00-17:00 pm
- 18:00-18:30 pm (this time slot is not available on Saturday 29/11)
While ordering, we kindly ask you to inform us which date and time (slot) you desire.

Sides & sauces
To complete your Thanksgiving dinner we have gravy, sauces and side-dishes such as
pumpkin, Brussels sprouts, mashed potatoes, cranberry/veenbessencompote etcetera.
These products will be available to buy in the butcher shop when you pickup your turkey.

Only pickup, no delivery
Unfortunately, delivery is not possible in the week of Thanksgiving (but you can order a taxi for pickup in our shop and pay in advance via a bank 'Tikkie'.
